I grew up around the construction industry, and one of my first jobs was with a local construction company, working in design, estimating, and sales. A few years later, God brought me to construction recruiting, where I had the privilege of placing great people across the U.S.—from Project Engineers and Superintendents to Project Managers, VPs, and Principals.
Today, I run a small, relationship-driven recruiting firm focused on helping great builders, architects, and subcontractors find and hire exceptional people. For me, this industry is built on hard work, integrity, and trust—and I aim to reflect those values in every search and with all the people I aim to serve.

About the name…
The name Artisan Recruiting comes from the Hebrew word Charash (חָרָשׁ), referring to highly skilled professionals who built God’s temple—dedicated craftsmen working with precision and purpose. Just as these artisans shaped the temple by hand, today, we continue to build God’s temple—not with wood and stone, but through the skillful kingdom work of sharing Christ’s death and resurrection for sinners. In the recruiting space- I aim to be intentional, custom, and skillful in my work.
The drafting compass in the logo symbolizes both this divine craftsmanship and a human-centered recruiting process—one that is intentional, personal, and custom-tailored to the needs of candidates and clients.
