As the owner of Artisan, I am involved in every part of the search. I grew up on construction sites alongside my father, and began my construction career over a decade ago. That foundation shapes how I work—grounded in a practical understanding of the build process, the people behind it, and what it takes to execute at a high level.

Placing great folks with great companies where they can have a meaningful impact and be happy where they work, doing so with the utmost integrity and professionalism.

The name Artisan Recruiting comes from the Hebrew word Charash (חָרָשׁ), referring to highly skilled professionals who built God’s temple—dedicated craftsmen working with precision and purpose. Just as these artisans shaped the temple by hand, today, we continue to build God’s temple—not with wood and stone, but through the skillful kingdom work of sharing Christ’s death and resurrection for sinners. As a Christian– this is my highest aim in life.
