The fees are based on the role/ position needed and the market of candidates for that given role. In most cases, the fee is 25% of the candidate’s 1st year’s salary and paid in 1-2 installments.

Both. There are lots of ways to structure recruiting. At Artisan, we typically have many contingent searches and a few retained searches.
The retained fee is usually $6,000-$10,000, depending on the scope of the search.
Retained searches get dedicated sourcing and recruitment efforts along with regular updates, while contingent searches are less urgent. We place on both structures and like lots of communication throughout the search. -
